Over a period of years, ARC worked with the Engineers and Owner to accomplish a staged restoration of the building façade. The first portion were the upper cornice and modillion brackets. | |
| The next level was the running cornice band. After molding from the originals a new mold was constructed, allowing the GFRC material to be sprayed into the female mould. | ||

The tubular steel frame backing allows bolted or welded attachment to the building steel work. The facing material is attached with clips that allow movement of the face relative to the steel frame. | |
| To insure the structural integrity of the panel system, a load test was performed on the first samples. | ||
