• Eight 5-axis CNC milling stations capable of producing dimensionally accurate patterns or “plugs” used to make molds
• Use of CATIA (software most commonly used for design in the automotive and aerospace sectors) and MasterCam for the creation of 3D models and to program CNC machine tool paths
• On-site sculptors are capable of making exact reproductions of existing pieces, or sculpting replications that are then used for mold manufacturing, where historic replication or sculptured details are required
